  • Upgraded Compact version of the VC Meter with an easier to read readout
  • Model: Voigtlander VC Meter II Shoe Mounted Speed Light Meter - Black

Review Voigtlander VC Meter II Shoe Mounted Speed Light Meter - Black / Voigtlander 640047:

The Voigtlander VC Meter is a very compact, accessory shoe mounted light meter for use with class cameras that have no metering system built in. This manual, silicon-cell meter is designed to slide into the flash shoe of a variety of classic cameras such as Leica, Contax and Nikon rangefinders, which do not have TTL or other built-in light metering systems. The all-metal silver or black retro body will match to any classic camera a photographer or collector may have. Meter operation is simple: Film speed is set by moving the inlaid dial to the correct ISO; shutter speed and aperture are selected by the two dials on top of the meter. Once a shutter/aperture combination has been selected, point the camera at the subject and press the orange button on the back to activate the meter. One of three LED's on top of the meter will light up indicating whether under, correct or over exposure. There are three different dual-mounting adapters available. Each allows the meter to be used slightly offset on top of the camera with a viewfinder attached directly over the camera flash shoe.
