Review Weaver Target T-36X40 Fx Riflescope (Silver) / Simmons Optics 49981:

Target/Varmint scopes send chills down the spines of shooters and varmints alike. Their accuracy is legendary in competitive shooting circles. An adjustable objective lens allows for parallax-free shooting, without moving the scope's point of impact. All Target T series scopes are equipped with the Micro-Trac 4 point adjustment system, the best in the industry. T-Series lenses are fully multi-coated to reduce glare, increase image brightness and give you unparalleled clarity. Choose from a fine crosshair or dot reticle. T-Series scopes come standard with an extra pair of oversized benchrest adjustment knobs, a sunshade and screw-in metal lens caps. The Micro-Trac 4 point System provides far better control of crosshair adjustments making it much easier to sight-in a rifle. Click adjustments are always consistant to a minute of angle. Adjusting at just 1/8 MOA per click, Micro-Trac offers shooters an unbelievably precise adjustment system. [+]
It uses an exclusive patented dual-spring, two-bearing contact design, allowing for more independent movement in windage and elevation.

Review Weaver Grand Slam 4.5-14X40 Riflescope (Silver) / Simmons Optics 800590:

Possibly the most versatile scope in the Grand Slam line. Magnification is low enough to use for stand hunting and high enough for target shooting or varminting. The 4. 5-14x40mm features an offset parallax indicator and low profile target-style dials with 1/4 MOA. Grand Slam riflescopes compare to the best of the best at the sporting goods counter â except for our price tag. All Grand Slam scopes are equipped with the Micro-Trac 4 point adjustment system, the best in the industry. Fully multi-coated lenses reduce glare, increase image brightness and give you edge-to-edge clarity â they're outstanding in low-light situations. Grand Slam scopes also feature a fast-focus eyepiece adjustment ring to adjust the scope perfectly to your eye. The Weaver "sure grip" power ring helps you find and adjust the scopes' variables, even with heavy hunting gloves on. Finally, the Grand Slam's solid, one-piece construction makes them waterproof, fogproof, and shockproof, so they'll last for years to come.

  • Model: Orion 3.6 Clear-Aperture Reflector

Review Orion 3.6 Clear-Aperture Reflector / ORION:

It's as if someone cranked up the "contrast" and "sharpness" dials on the night sky. In our SVP 3. 6 Clear-Aperture reflector, Jupiter's cloud bands and Great Red Spot resolve dramatically from the surrounding blackness. The Moon bursts with bold lights and darks and high-definition relief. Gone is the "mushiness" you always took for granted. Even deep-sky objects stand out more starkly against the background, enabling detection of detail that can't be picked up even in larger reflector and Cassegrain scopes. Credit the "off-axis" optics. Unlike a typical Newtonian reflector, the SVP 3. 6CA uses an asymmetric primary mirror — made in the USA — that diverts light "off axis" to a secondary mirror tucked just inside the tube. The secondary lies completely outside of the incoming light path, so it doesn't "obstruct" any light like the center-mounted secondary of a standard reflector. [+]
The result: killer contrast like that of a refractor.
