  • Model: Mueller Tactical 4-16x50, Illuminated Mil Dot Rifle Scope

Review Mueller Tactical 4-16x50, Illuminated Mil Dot Rifle Scope / Mueller:

There are two basic reasons that people purchase optics with a mil-dot reticle. The first is to estimate range, and the second is the ability to accurately compensate for wind or bullet drop. This reticle is extremely versatile, and when properly used will allow the shooter to accurately engage and hit targets at ranges previously thought impossible. Dots are spaced in one mil (milliradian) increments on the crosshair. One useful way to use this reticle is by creating a chart that is based on the size of the object being targeted. By looking through the scope you can bracket the object between dots, and refer to the chart for an estimated distance to target. During normal daylight conditions the reticle has a standard black Mil Dot reticle. For low light conditions the center portion of the reticle can be illuminated Red and fine tuned with 11 brightness intensity levels.

Mark 4 Scope - M1 3. 5-10x40 Front Focal MilDotManufacture ID: 58850Mark 4 scopes create opportunities earning Leupold its place on the front lines in tactical situations. The Mark 4's sophisticated design delivers edge-to-edge sharpness and excellent low-light visibility. The maintubes are milled from a solid piece of 6061-T6 aircraft aluminum. The 30mm diameter provides enough room for extended travel of the windage and elevation adjustments. The oversize windage and elevation knobs on the Mark 4 M1-10x40mm are easy to grip. Plus you get audible and tactile feedback from the 1/4-MOA clicks. Once sighted-in the knobs can be zeroed. Also the elevation knob has a horizontal scale that allows you to count adjustment revolutions. Mark 4 scopes also employ a turret-mounted focus knob that lets you adjust out parallax for specific ranges from 50 yards to infinity in a shooting position without taking your eye off of the target.
